Task: Release Service Delivery Processes
The Service Delivery Processes Lead must execute the release of the new process model to its respective stakeholders for review and acceptance before handing it over to the Technology And Infrastructure team for configuration.

After completing the scheduled process workshops Service Delivery Processes Lead would consolidate the inputs captured as part of the workshops and makes the required amendments to the process flows to align with the agreement made with all participants.

After processing the inputs and updating the process workflows, the processes must be baselined and released to all relevant stakeholders for their final review and acceptance. The Service Delivery Processes Lead must execute the release of the new process model as planned.

Typically all transition deliverables are uploaded to the agreed locations (SharePoint, TeamForge, knowledge portal etc.) as per the agreement made by the Engagement Manager (Transition) with Client. The Service Delivery Processes Lead uploads all baselined documents in the folder which is created to store all process related artifacts and communicates with all stakeholders (Capgemini and Client) for their final review and acceptance.

Client acceptance is critical as these would be shared with the tools Subject Matter Expert to aid making the changes as well as the training artifacts would be created based on the final approved versions of the processes.

The Service Delivery Processes Lead highlights delays to Engagement Manager (Transition), if any; in obtaining the Client acceptance on the baselined process flows to avoid any delays in the planned activities.
